    Day 1

    Welcome aboard! We’re kicking off our journey with a brief welcome meeting to set the stage for what lies ahead. Following that, we’ll take a leisurely stroll to the heart of Athens, culminating in a delightful dinner where we can connect and learn more about each other. The adventure officially commences now – let’s make it memorable!

    Day 2

    As the morning sun rises, we sail to the enchanting island of Syros. Our first stop is the elegant village of Posidonia, where a beautiful hotel by Fetouri Beach welcomes us with comfort and tranquility. After enjoying some relaxing moments, we continue to Hermoupolis, the vibrant heart of the island. Here, our adventure begins with a creative cocktail class at the renowned Mazi restaurant, followed by a delightful dinner and an evening stroll through its lively streets.

    Day 3

    Start the day with a hearty breakfast before heading to Agathopes Beach, where turquoise waters and pure relaxation await. Enjoy lunch at the charming local tavern Meltemi, savoring a delightful meal prepared with exclusive local products. In the afternoon, we’ll visit Viyafarm and meet Viveta, who will guide us through the farm and explain its role in sustainable living. Together, we’ll collect fresh organic products, which we’ll later cook and share in a splendid farm-to-table dinner.

    Day 4

    The day begins in Finikas village, where we embark on a sailing adventure to discover the island’s remote beaches and crystal-clear waters, enjoying a delicious meal prepared on board by our captain. In the afternoon, we visit Ano Syros, the island’s medieval citadel built by the Venetians in the 1200s to guard against pirates. Wandering its labyrinthine alleys, we soak up the vibrant atmosphere, with charming shops, local food, and lively nightlife.

    Day 5

    Welcome to Ikaria! Upon arriving by ferry in Evdilos, the island’s charm immediately unfolds. We head straight to the village of Christos for lunch and a bit of shopping, before continuing to our hotel in the picturesque village of Armenistis. After some time to relax, we set off for a memorable evening at a local winery—savoring fine wines and local delicacies as the sun sets in spectacular colors.

    Day 6

    Begin the morning with a cozy seaside breakfast before boarding a private bus to a hands-on cooking class. Guided by Eleni—your warm hostess and gifted cook—you’ll dive into the flavors and traditions of Ikarian cuisine, preparing a meal to enjoy together. Along the way, you may even uncover the island’s timeless secrets of well-being and longevity. The afternoon is yours to unwind at leisure, whether in quiet reflection or pure relaxation. As evening falls, gather for a delicious dinner, and, if you wish, top off the night with vibrant cocktails at a laid-back beach bar in Armenistis.

    Day 7

    As our journey in Ikaria gently draws to an end, we begin the day with yoga and moments of serenity, embraced by nature’s calm. Soon after, we make our way to Mesakti Beach, where crystal-clear waters, soft sand, sunbeds, and lively beach bars invite us to relax or dive into water sports under the Aegean sun. By afternoon, anticipation builds for the ultimate experience: a traditional Ikarian dance festival. Famous throughout Greece, these joyful gatherings pulse with music, community, and vitality—perhaps even holding the timeless secret to the island’s legendary longevity.

    As we bid farewell to Ikaria, we enjoy a final breakfast at the hotel, followed by a refreshing yoga session and a delightful lunch at Evdilos port. In the afternoon, we set sail for Samos, the birthplace of the great mathematician Pythagoras. Our journey takes us to cosmopolitan Pythagorio, a picturesque village filled with vibrant energy—where music, food, and nightlife create an unforgettable atmosphere.

    Day 9

    Samos is an island of lush greenery and dazzling beaches with turquoise waters. After breakfast, we head to the stunning Psili Ammos Beach, where calm, crystal waters invite us to relax and enjoy the sun. Next, we savor an authentic feast at one of the island’s most beloved spots—Triantafyllos Tavern in Paleokastro village. And for the grand finale, vibrant Pythagorio awaits with a memorable closing party. Let’s raise our glasses to this unforgettable journey and the new friendships we’ve made along the way!
